Owner is very stubborn and stuck in his ways, wouldn't answer my calls for 6 months. I had to go back in there and demand my furniture back
We finally got our chair back after waiting almost a year for it to be reupholstered. After many calls the son-in-law stepped up to help his 80+ year old father-in-law (the owner of the company). We had the chair back 1 week after the son-in-law stepped in to make things right. The work was beautiful. 5 stars for quality of work done - 1 star for the owner Mr. Bainbridge and his attitude and delays. Not a good experience. Had it not taken so long to get the chair back I would have given a better review.
