The local sears store is great!
No customer service and no sales skills needed at this store. The young men sitting at the desk on their computers greeted us. Good thing I knew what I was looking for... sort of. It's been 20 years since I last purchased kitchen appliances. No offer to get up and walk over to see if we needed assistance, hello this is an appliance store for SEARS, right? I have had Sears appliances and the same ones for over 20 years. Needed an upgrade in style. We were the only customers other than a another person that came in, walked around, then went to the service desk and left within minutes. Another employee standing in the back didn't offer to help us and wasn't around when we made our decision on a large purchase. We were told delivery would be the following Thursday. Friday came NO call so we called them. truck delayed possibly next week. ORDER ONLINE great discounts and the delivery cost direct to your home is worth it!
We ordered a dishwasher from this store, but then things changed and we needed to cancel the order. Seth said that it wasn't a problem at all! He didn't even charge a re-stocking or processing fee, and he was SO pleasant about it! I will definitely buy again from this store!!!
Excellent staff! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Best appliance shopping experience I've had. I will continue to use this store for all my future needs!
